Martin Albisetti is the VP of Engineering at ShipHero. He is responsible for running and scaling engineering throughout the organization. His greatest strengths are staying calm under pressure, putting people over process and making sure that the people he works with have what they need to be happy and productive. Albisetti’s leadership at ShipHero focuses on communicating and delegating so that the people closest to the problem are the ones making the decisions. His passion is making reliable software so people can feel productive. When he’s not focused solely on ShipHero’s success, Albisetti is passionate about remote teams, asynchronous communication, small businesses, scaling out teams and almost anything related to STEM.

Scott Thomas is the Vice President of FaaS Sales for ShipHero. He is responsible for aligning the sales team with other areas of the business to achieve maximum results. He ensures the sales teams have all the necessary tools and coaching they need to reach their highest potential. He will also drive sales to ShipHero’s national and international warehouses. Thomas’ greatest strength is the ability to motivate, energize and understand what is necessary for success. He is in tune with current market conditions and can recognize where opportunities are the greatest. As a leader, Thomas is dedicated to acting as a sales coach with a servant mentality while always looking to build upon success. He is also determined to lead growth through empowerment and collaboration. His passion lies in celebrating and recognizing employee success. When he is not busy growing the Fulfillment business at ShipHero, Thomas focuses on diversity, sales learning and epilepsy awareness.

Tommy Zhou is the Vice President of Finance for ShipHero. He is responsible for the financial stewardship of the company, including efficient resource allocation, financial risk mitigation, capital strategies and financial planning and analyses. Zhou’s greatest strengths are understanding the big picture through data-driven, insightful analysis and making progress in spite of obstacles. As a leader at ShipHero, Zhou believes that leaders lead from the front and managers manage from behind. His passion lies in building a successful business from the ground up without sacrificing quality and always putting the customers’ best interests first. Outside of ShipHero Finance, Zhou is interested in logistics, investing, the startup ecosystem and meta-learning.

Haas’ greatest strength is problem solving, including thinking of creative solutions by breaking down a problem or process and finding a better way to do it. His leadership style at ShipHero derived from his belief that people work best when they are comfortable and are empowered to achieve the most effective outcome. His passion for business comes from wanting to make a difference for our clients, while taking the pain out of fulfillment.
