Jen Williams is the Vice President of Customer Success for ShipHero. She is responsible for Customer Success and for providing Global Support for the ShipHero Warehouse Management Software (WMS). Williams’ greatest strengths are identifying and operationalizing strategic ideas, helping teams to become greater than the sum of their parts, and stretching teams to think about what they can be in the future. Her leadership of ShipHero is grounded in her ability to create diverse teams that can play off of each other’s strengths to elevate the customer experience. She strongly believes in taking care of individuals so that they can focus on creating memorable experiences for customers. Her passion for ShipHero comes from fostering a customer-first mentality, creating repeatable processes that can scale, and adding organization to chaos.

Diaz’s greatest strengths are the ability to empower multidisciplinary teams by promoting a symbiotic and mutualistic relationship. Her leadership style is based on empathy; she loves helping people overcome their fears and empowering them to achieve whatever they want. Her passion is centered around untangling complicated processes and transforming them into super easy tasks to complete. Her hobbies include photography, illustration and arts and crafts.Â

Martin Albisetti is the VP of Engineering at ShipHero. He is responsible for running and scaling engineering throughout the organization. His greatest strengths are staying calm under pressure, putting people over process and making sure that the people he works with have what they need to be happy and productive. Albisetti’s leadership at ShipHero focuses on communicating and delegating so that the people closest to the problem are the ones making the decisions. His passion is making reliable software so people can feel productive. When he’s not focused solely on ShipHero’s success, Albisetti is passionate about remote teams, asynchronous communication, small businesses, scaling out teams and almost anything related to STEM.

He is responsible for the product team at ShipHero Fulfillment, and ensuring that they’re building reliable, scalable and overall great software for our clients. Hosein’s greatest strength is executing and launching ideas. His leadership of ShipHero relies on trusting team members and empowering them to make their own decisions. His passions are keeping customers happy by creating the best software and a great user experience. Hosein’s other passions include cars, gaming, anime and programming.
