She is known for her expertise in delivering operational excellence and her ability to provide guidance and mitigating risk. Jess Hansen is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ShipHero. His greatest strengths are his commitment to improvement and change; a growth-oriented and operationally-focused mindset; and building strong teams and company culture. His leadership style is based on progress, focusing on a service-oriented and supportive approach that enables process innovation and transformation. His passion is solving important and critical problems for the business. When he is not solely focused on ShipHero’s financial growth, he is interested in sustainability, responsible growth, finance and capital markets.

Dan Van Meer is the Vice President of Marketing at ShipHero. He is responsible for ensuring that brands and 3PLs are aware of – and benefit from – the efficiency, growth and scale that our SaaS and FaaS offerings unlock. Van Meer’s greatest strength is learning quickly and building empathy and understanding amongst team members, while illuminating customer pain points. He believes in the power of moving quickly, working hard, and having fun along the way. His leadership style is based on being a great coach, sharing knowledge and experience, and providing feedback with the intent of helping people grow. His passion revolves around solving problems that have a positive impact on businesses, their employees and their end customers. When Dan is not busy working to build high performance teams that know how to work hard and have fun, he can be found mountain biking, playing guitar or hanging out with his four kids!
