Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why are you increasing prices?
A: These increases are due to inflation which is affecting the carriers who are then passing these additional costs onto us. We are also seeing an increase in labor rates this year and anticipate a much higher volume of shipments.

Q: Why are peak charges starting so early?
A: Carriers have historically started their peak pricing in the middle of November. However this year they are starting in October.
