Important details
Our warehouses will be open 7 days a week during Peak Season (11/1 – 12/31) for our Fulfillment clients.
Additionally, special projects may not be possible during 11/1-12/31.
Please reach out to Customer Support with questions.
All surcharges will apply to packages that ship between 10/31/23 through to 1/15/24.
For packages shipped from our U.S. facilities:
Standard & Marketplace
- 0 to 4lbs: 4.9%
- 5lb and over: 7.9%
Expedited & Overnight
- All weights: 7.9%
International
- All weights: 3.9%
For packages shipped from our Canadian facilities:
Standard & Marketplace
- 0 to 4lbs: 1.9%
- 5lb and over: 3.9%
Expedited & Overnight
- All weights: 3.9%
International
- All weights: 1.9%
All shipments will include a 7.9% labor surcharge
Important Information to Remember
Order Deadlines: We recommend communicating these dates to your customers as soon as possible.
- Standard Orders must be received by November 9 for Thanksgiving delivery
- Expedited Orders must be received by November 10 for Thanksgiving delivery
- Standard orders must be received by December 9 for Christmas delivery
- Expedited orders must be received by December 10 for Christmas delivery
- Same day fulfillment not guaranteed
For our Fulfillment clients, please familiarize yourself with our Service Level Agreement. This includes special considerations for Peak season, which includes (but is not limited to):
- Compliant Shipping Plans will be received within 10 business days
- D2C standard orders will be fulfilled within 5 business days
- B2B standard orders will be fulfilled within 10 business days
- Overnight & Marketplace (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours
- Expedited orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days
