Carrier Surcharge Rates
Order Deadlines: We recommend communicating these dates to your customers as soon as possible.
- Standard Orders must be received by November 14 for Thanksgiving delivery
- Expedited Orders must be received by November 20 for Thanksgiving delivery
- Standard orders must be received by December 11 for Christmas delivery
- Expedited orders must be received by December 18 for Christmas delivery
