Another Peak Season in the Books!
Just like your teams, ShipHero was busy during Peak keeping everything running as smoothly as possible! We have big plans and big updates coming for 2024, but we also wanted to share some of the awesome stats we saw during Peak 2023!

Big Changes Coming in Customer Support

New Fixes for December 2023
- Fixed an issue in the orders dashboard that was showing all warehouses when filtering it by specific
- Fixed an issue with CSV upload getting stuck
- Fixed an issue where Passport was showing an error of weight cannot be less than 0.01
- Fixed an issue with Passport where we were sending incorrect quantity information about shipments
- Fixed an issue where Wholesales labels were added to bulk ship batch PDFs
- Fixed an issue when shipping kits some components were still showing as allocated after the shipment
- Fixed an issue with Manifest taking a long time to create
- Fixed an issue where the tracking url was not working for Shippo BTS
- Fixed an issue where customers could not create returns for orders with SKUs that do not exist in ShipHero
- Fixed an issue with Workflow Orders where Customization could not be completed
- Fixed an issue with 3PL Billing where some ad-hocs were zeroed out after recalculating a bill
- Fixed an issue with WooCommerce where we were pushing the correct quantity, but the store was showing a different amount
- Fixed an issue with Returns where Refunds were not saved and causing double refunds
- Fixed an issue from the Hero Board where “Live Shipping Board” was not showing some Pickers or Packers
