Tommy Zhou

Tommy Zhou is the Vice President of Finance for ShipHero. He is responsible for the financial stewardship of the company, including efficient resource allocation, financial risk mitigation, capital strategies and financial planning and analyses. Zhou’s greatest strengths are understanding the big picture through data-driven, insightful analysis and making progress in spite of obstacles. As a leader at ShipHero, Zhou believes that leaders lead from the front and managers manage from behind. His passion lies in building a successful business from the ground up without sacrificing quality and always putting the customers’ best interests first. Outside of ShipHero Finance, Zhou is interested in logistics, investing, the startup ecosystem and meta-learning.
